The SUPER STARS ST-100A is a robust, precision hand expander designed for expanding soft copper pipes in inch sizes. The tool is designed for HVAC-R installers who need a durable and reliable solution for preparing pipe ends for soldering. The long, two-arm mechanism provides adequate expansion force without requiring the user to exert a lot of energy, which significantly increases comfort and repeatability of the work performed.

The ST-100A expander is equipped with a set of seven heads with the most commonly used inch diameters: 3/8“, 1/2”, 5/8“, 3/4”, 7/8“, 1”, 1-1/8″. Additionally, optional heads are available: ¼” (6 mm), 35 mm, and 42 mm.
