The technology and manufacturing process behind Super Stars tools is based on over 30 years of experience and operation in the world’s largest HVACR markets. That is why we are confident in the high quality of our products designed for professionals, and in the event of any problems with the equipment, we provide comprehensive after-sales support — warranty, fast service, and access to spare parts.
Scope of warranty
Due to their high quality, Super Stars power tools and plumbing tools are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase from an authorized distributor, but no longer than 27 months from the date of first sale in Poland by the importer, i.e., Elgra W.E. Kubik sp.j. Hand tools are covered by a 12-month warranty.
When does the warranty apply?
To exercise your warranty rights, the following conditions must be met:
1. The customer must have proof of purchase and use the equipment in accordance with
the instructions and generally accepted rules for this type of product (e.g., proper use, maintenance, operating conditions).
2. Problems with the product result from manufacturing defects confirmed by an authorized distributor’s service center.
Service request procedure
To file a complaint, contact the seller directly and agree on the procedure with them.

Fill out the online form available on this page—provide your contact details, product model name, and description of the problem, or send the form [the form template must be available as a downloadable attachment] along with a copy of the proof of purchase to the service email address: sklep@elgra.info.pl.
After verifying your request, we will contact you and determine the next steps (repair, replacement, or delivery of spare parts).
Transportation costs:
The product must be returned to us at your own expense.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will cover the cost of shipping to the service center.
If the complaint proves to be unjustified, the customer will bear the cost of transport and diagnostics.
When does the warranty not apply?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, damage resulting from use contrary to the specifications, or unauthorized repairs or tampering.
The warranty does not cover any other claims, in particular those related to loss of profits, business interruptions, costs resulting from the inability to use the device, or indirect damage caused by the malfunction of the device.
