SUPER STARS ST-100M is a durable hand expander designed for expanding soft copper pipes in the metric system. The tool was designed for installers working to European standards, where pipe diameters such as 10, 12, 16, and 28 mm are most commonly used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump installations.

The long arms provide high expansion force with minimal effort on the part of the user, and the interchangeable heads allow for perfectly even expansion of the pipe end for brazing.

The ST-100M version is equipped with a full set of heads with diameters of 10, 12, 16, 19, 22, 25, and 28 mm. These are the most common pipe sizes in heat pump systems, refrigeration installations, and chilled water systems. Optional heads are also available: 1/4″ (6 mm), 35 mm, and 42 mm, which further expands the tool’s capabilities.
